Refunds Update

We have started the process of refunding payments, and this first series of refunds will focus on payments received for field trips that have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 crisis.

The process for issuing large numbers of refunds is new to the school district and the town, and is further complicated by social distancing as we conduct the majority of the work from home offices. Although we are working quickly to process the payments, it will take time to process through our system. We appreciate your patience.

We are also starting discussions on other areas such as athletic fees, transportation fees, and Little Lancers Preschool to determine the potential for refunds or credits. Decisions on refunds or credits in these programs will be forthcoming.
